Under President Biden, Utah has received 3.5 Billion Dollars in Public Infrastructure Funding, including 370.7 Million Dollars to improve internet access for Utah families and businesses, 20 Million Dollars for the UTA to purchase 60 new light-rail vehicles, and 158.2 Million Dollars
for Utah airports.

President Biden has invested 37.8 Million Dollars in Legacy Pollution Cleanup. President Biden is also committed to protecting public lands, and he took action to protect Bears Ears from mining operations. President Biden has also invested in protecting Utah’s native wildlife and public lands through grants to preserve ponds for fish and livestock watering, protect riparian zones, locate invasive species, improve recreation opportunities along the San Juan River, increase recreational access to BLM lands, and increase native seed production. The Biden-Harris Administration has also invested 3 Million Dollars for the enhancement of over 7,000 acres of waterbeds, to protect our waterways and support native waterfowl.

The Biden-Harris Adminastration has invested 1.8 Million Dollars across 8 counties to help rural Utahns access low-cost, renewable energy sources. These investments will lower energy costs for rural Utahns by an average of 78%.

Under the Biden-Harris administration, 710 Million Dollars of student debt owed by 14,350 Utahns has been cancelled. President Biden continues to work to cancel as much student debt as possible, and ensure that Utahns can spend their money on their families rather than their years-old student loans.
